Vaughan Bedroom Refinish

For our clients bedroom we really wanted to create a mature and sophisticated atmosphere. We had a huge transformation going from a "Toronto Maple Leafs" Blue to Benjamin Moore's "Classic Grey" (OC-23) in Regal Ulti Matte Finish Paint. Going with a very light grey allowed us to really lighten up the space well still keeping the dark stained natural wood furniture.

Since the colour is so dark to the new colour we will be applying, primer is most definitely required! 

With the first coat of primer on we were able to apply our 1st & 2nd coat of paint.

 

Now it's time to clean up the space and add in some decorative pieces to finish it off for the client.

Here I love the industrial look of these metal & matte black lamps to tie in with the rest of the room.

Adding in neutral textures throughout the room really softens the wood.
