Crystal Beach Addition

Intro:

One of my dear friends Randa introduced me to her long time friend Laura who was visiting her from out of town. Shortly after being introduced to Laura, I came to learn that Laura was in need of drawings to have an addition done by her local contractor Jay from J & J Custom Homes in Crystal Beach. Once Laura and I connected we discussed what she wanted to have done in her renovation. She mentioned how she wanted to add some square footage to the front of her bungalow and extend one of the exterior walls out to allow for a larger living area and to give her a little extra space in her master bedroom. By bringing out the front exterior wall it gave her an extra 900 sq ft. to the homes overall square footage.

Since we were adding more room into the living space Laura really wanted to include a feature wall in that new space. Our feature wall included a Napoleon gas fireplace, a beautiful wood mantle and her wall mounted tv placed above.

Once we discussed everything I immediately started working to complete the set of drawings that Jay needed in order to apply for the Crystal Beach Addition building permit.

Working on this project with my client, Laura and her contractor, Jay from J & J Custom Homes was such a lovely experience. I wish them all the best success on their renovation project and I look forward to updates along the way!
